PAYMENT

You can easily pay me through PayPal.

SHIPPING

Items will be shipped as soon as possible after receiving payment, within next five buisiness days. They will be sent in bubbled envelopes. I am shipping via air mail for overseas and priority mail to Europe. I will do my best to ship as soon as possible and in most cases that will be the next business day.

All packages over 30$ will be insured.

Tracking numbers are available for orders over 30$.

You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped. Approximate delivery time will vary according to your location.

It shouldn’t take longer than 10 days if shipped to Europe;

15-20 days if shipped to US and rest of the world,

10-15 days if shipped to Canada .

Countable days are only business days, since post offices don’t work during the weekdays.

I expect you to pay as soon as you make an order.

If you have some difficulties just send me an e mail and I’ll be glad to answer.

I am not responsible for any possible custom duties that apply to your specific country (though I never heard that there were any).

SHIPPING RATES

Starting at 3.5$, depending on weight. Small items, such as brooches, are 3.5$, scarves are 6$ and clothing is 8$. Each additional item will be charged 2$ more.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If you happen to be unhappy with your order, I accept returns or exchanges for purchased items within 30 days of the shipping date. Please email me within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed.

Product must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

Your refund will be issued when return items are received.

In case of receiving damaged item, please return the item (you will be compensated for shipping costs) and I will either replace it or issue a refund, your choice.
